Our mission is to “deliver business excellence through a quality learning organisation”. We focus on providing solutions to employers to support them to meet key changes or performance issues through upskilling or enabling cultural change by challenging behaviours and ways of working.
Talent Training is a one-stop shop for employers’ training needs. We have direct funding with the Skills Funding Agency in order to deliver accredited qualifications to new and existing staff members as well as promotion and transfer.
Working in partnership with our clients, we use consultative methods to enable both employees and employers to receive the very best training and development opportunities possible.
We provide a huge variety of commercial training courses, and if you are in need of a training course that we ourselves don’t deliver, we will have a partner which does.
Talent Training also provides an end-to-end process for unemployed learners, from pre-employment training to recruitment in a new role and accredited qualifications. We will fully support both employee and employer throughout this entire process.
